Change in Details of a Director

Osmetech PLC ("Osmetech" or "the Company") (AIM: OMH) announces that it was notified on 23 November 2009 that Jon Faiz Kayyem is no longer a Managing Partner of Efficacy Capital Limited ("Efficacy").

 

Since the announcement made by the Company on 1 July 2009, Efficacy's aggregate interest in the Osmetech ordinary 0.1p shares remains unchanged at 307,200,049.  

 

Efficacy is the manager of the Efficacy Biotech Master Funds and Dr. Kayyem's beneficial interest in the Efficacy Biotech Master Funds also remains unchanged.  

 

Consequently, Dr. Kayyem's beneficial interest in Osmetech ordinary 0.1p shares remains unchanged and is held through the following registered holdings:
